Forty-four calves were consigned with the sale proceeds over $24,000,
an increase of $8,000 from the previous year. Sale average was $775
per head with the high selling heifer and steer both going over
$1000 each.
Consigning the high selling heifer was John & Patsy Watt from Rocheport
and John Webster from Princeton had the high selling steer. High
volume seller was the Page/Peuster Farms of Slater that sold five
head. High volume buyer was Allen Farms of Centralia.
